The CadTempo Timer Display Window
The timer display shows your current activity.
The current file name that is receiving mouse and keyboard input.
As you move from one open file to another the timer will show each file's timed values.
The current user name.
Each user in a multi user installation is recorded separately for each file.
Today displays the amount of time you've worked on the file for that day only.
Additional information.
- Current Session Elapsed Time: Much like a time clock this shows the amount of time since starting your monitored applications.
- Current Task. This is an optional timer that will prompt for a task name. Throughout the day you can begin and end various tasks.
- Current Idle Time is the amount of time since mouse and keyboard input has been received.
- Optionally an Activity Timer can be enabled. This adjustable timer will prompt you for an activity name when you return from an extended period away from your computer - such as a meeting or other distraction.
Notes:
When you install CadTempo you will be asked if you want to include a desktop and start menu shortcuts to display this window.
CadTempo starts automatically when a user starts the computer or logs on.
